Accused shooters enter "not guilty" pleas
Pair of Cambridge men accused in November murder in Kimbolton

Two Cambridge men, accused of a late-November murder in Kimbolton, entered pleas in Coshocton on Wednesday.
Records of the Coshocton County Common Pleas Court indicate that 33-year-old Albert Clark and 45-year-old Robert McKinney appeared before Judge Robert Batchelor on Wednesday morning. Clark entered "not guilty" pleas to 11 counts, including aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, and tampering with evidence. McKinney also entered "not guilty" pleas to seven counts that include aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.
Both Clark and McKinney have been charged in the shooting death of 49-year-old David Milich, who was found dead on his Bates Road home in Kimbolton on November 20. Authorities from Guernsey and Coshocton Counties have said that the murder occurred sometime between November 5 and 20.
The suspects were arrested in Cambridge on December 14. They remain in custody in Coshocton County on $2 million bond each.
If convicted on all counts, McKinney could face up to life in prison, while Clark could face the death penalty.
